This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of RentMaster Property Management System ("Software").

1. License Grant: Subject to the terms of this Agreement, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software.

2. Restrictions: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.

3. Data Storage: The Software stores all data on your own server. You are responsible for backups and security.

4. CVV Storage Notice: This Software provides the option to store payment card CVV codes encrypted on your server. This is intended for offline/personal record-keeping only. Storing CVV codes may violate PCI-DSS standards if you process online payments. You assume all responsibility and liability for CVV storage decisions.

5. Disclaimer: The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The authors are not liable for any damages arising from use.

6. Support: Support is provided as per your subscription agreement.
